If you've been following my updates, then you probably know how I won't stop talking about food or my desire to create a private chef services for the middle class families in Gainesville. You might be surprised to learn that this is a short-term business project.
I want to exit this business before Fall 2022, so that I can try and get work for the political campaign season and then shift over into the politics 'industry' or just something else.
I plan on simply telling any customers directly the date that my business will call it quits, give a public announcement through the company social media channels, and maybe liquidate acquired assets. I would not want to declare bankruptcy, because of its affect on my credit score. I'm sure I will be able to avoid taking on egregious debt.
The fact that I had this plan all along is one of the chief reasons why I had not planned to expand my business or think that big. Really, I'd be happy to just make $100 profit a week with a few customers.
